They have been around for years,but l never used them,what a mistake,they are ten times better than hose clamp repairsVery easy to useExelenteEs pequeño, justo cómo quería !! ?Works like it should.Very easy to useGreat quick fixes for your hose don't get snagged on everything like the other repair kits you find at all the storesI looked at all the possible options for splicing as I have a number of air hoses that were in need of repair, and this is a good solution. Only drawback is the weight/ bulk of the fitting as it still wants to catch on obstructions but much much better than anything with hose clamps. If I have a 3/8 pex crimper I would have gone with barbed fittings and compression rings but for simplicity, east of install, cost and reusability this is a great quick solution.I like these. The alternative with hose clamps are harsh on hands, building materials and hang/catch on any and everything. You are not likely to find them at a local retailer; and won't at Lowes, the authorized big box MEtabo/hitachi dealer. Hitachi hose kinda suck for the excessively soft nature. I prefer amflo (and own many Hitachi).These work gret with Metabo/Hitachi and Amflo hosesDoesn't fit my Simoniz hose at all. It's supposed to be a 1/4" hose, so you would think it would fit. Nope! Now that I cut my hose to try and put it in, I'm without the use of my pressure washer completely. Not happy!Just what’s needed to get broken 1/4 air line back in action
