El problema de la manguera es muy elástica suela lastimar cuando se reduce. En el brazo aparte sencillaPara mi trabajoHave not heard of any complaints from my cleaning crew, so i guess it works. I just noticed the original was more ridged. So far so goodHose works greatExcellent hoseFits well with vacumn devices. Physically shorter than the original hose but it does stretch.Ordered this. It barely fit into the top of the vacuum...had to cram it in so hard felt like it was going to crack the vacuum cap.But the worse part, just like what happened with the original hose, the part that connects to the wand, it ripped again. The corrugated flexy hose, where it goes into the 'cuff' that slides onto the wand, is SUPER weak. My female employee who is masterfully careful with things like this was the one who ripped it too. So basically have to tape it onto the wand like the last one. Shocking how easily this hose tears/separates out of the wand cuff end.The other issue is the "elbow joint" that connects to the Vaccum Lid leaks a TON of air. So much that the vacuum head barely sucks up anything at all. So, we had to try to tape that all up to to stop the leak. Very bad product all around.
