Flojet 22000006A Suction Wand and Hose Assembly Single Inlet Kit - Professional Liquid Transfer Solution for RV, Marine, and Industrial Applications

Oddly, I was following the manufacturers' directions for cleaning the system with a bleach solution. When I was done, it seemed the magnetic switch that is triggered by the float on the bottom of the wand stopped working, which meant the pump would not shut off when the water bottle was empty. This replacement wand worked fine when I connected it, so problem solved. I just don't know what happened to the original to make it stop working. I had been using the pump for at least a couple of years with no problems before that.At least they have finally made just the wand replacement available. I purchased this after yet another failure in 2 years. I have two of these systems installed on two espresso machines and have had to replace one or the other nearly every year. Two to three years seems to be the life expectancy. This is with very light, once a day usage, with the unit powered on for about an hour each time. I'm on my sixth one and would surely replace them altogether if it were not for the fact that I used them for custom installations in custom built cabinetry. I pretty much stuck using them unless I want to reconstruct the cabinets. This wand worked to fix the problem, but I should not have had to replace it after just 2 years.Part is quoted to fit BW4000-000A however as noted the inlet fitting is different than the original... this fits the BW5000-000A... seeking to return or maybe keep as a spare as I have both models but need the 4000 up and running.Dislike. This part does not fit in the pump I purchased last year. Tried to reach out to the seller twice so far to no avail. Would love some helpWorked perfectly!!!Says it works with BW4000, but it does not.
