They are sturdy and work great i use them on my hosesEasy to connect to faucet and hoses with no leaks. Much easier to operate than other twist type valves. Durability yet to be determined.Summary: I have been on the hunt for a metal body hose splitter at a decent price. The ones listed below were close, or too expensive.Pros: Decent fit & finish (some minor sharp edges); valves operate smoothly; female rubber covered nut is easy to turn (lots of leverage).Cons: The valve arrived with the rubber around the female nut down against the valve body, but I was able to push it back up. It would be easier to get on and off of the hoses if it were just a little longer.Overall, an excellant productWorked perfect for what I was needing it for. Helps me change heads with out have to go to the spigot to shut it off or squeeze the line.I have a rain water barrel and needed a way to connect a hose and then shut off the hose. This did the trick! Easy to install and shuts off the water with no leaks!Worked wellThis replaced an older plastic valve, this is superior in all ways, easy to install, easy to use and no leaks.Seems to be holding up.Perfect for what I needed it for.
